Bill, the last of your technicians left a couple hours ago, and I couldn’t resist sitting down and writing you a note to thank you for such terrific workmanship and customer service. We knew we desperately needed help in getting this 5,300 square feet air conditioned and heated properly, and we knew the $1,000-a-month electric bill was staggering, but you stepped in and figured out just what we needed to make it GREAT–and SAVE MONEY on electric!
Time will tell on the electric bill, but in the meantime, Oscar and I want to commend you on your professionalism and the manner in which you accommodated our needs. As I’m sure you can guess, we are very proud of our home and the improvements we’ve made since we bought it as a fixer-upper. Now that you have entered the picture, we are even more comfortable that we have done everything possible to make this our “dream home.” Last Friday, after your crew had left, Oscar told me he had actually lost a lot of sleep worrying about the air conditioning completely dying on us! Now he can finally get some rest!
Not only did your company make our water safe, pure and soft (so that I haven’t had to use one bottled water since), but now you have saved us a ton of money on air conditioning. Amazing!
