Tony, the technician/plumber from Florida Energy Water & Air, was most pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. He arrived on completed the replacement of very old water heater including nearly 100% disappearance of the "knocking noise" in less than an hour, and cleaned up the work area very nicely at the end. The installer, Tony Spinney, was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly explained that the updated water heater was up to the current codes, and that it would be getting inspected. He went on to explain all the functions to ensure that I would be able to navigate the display screen. He told me how to maintain my equipment so that I would have years of smooth operation. He was tidy and did a great job removing the old unit.

We love our Rainsoft system! My wife makes ore soap from scratch and they work great in clean water. We save so much money not buying chemicals! ( or bottled water)
